On March 27-28, 2008 the National Paideia Center hosted educators from the United States and abroad to study the nature of democracy, citizenship, justice, and liberty.

We considered how best to prepare the next generation to actively fulfill their role as citizens of the nation and the world. Break out sessions illustrated ways Paideia Seminars and Projects foster school and classroom citizenship.
