The Annual Paideia Conference

The National Paideia Conference is an annual event for educators to share inspiring insights about the implementation of the Paideia philosophy in the real world of public schools. The 16th Annual 2009 Conference will be held in Winston Salem, North Carolina on March 5-6 at the Graylyn International Conference Center.

The 15th Annual Conference, held in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2008, theme was The Paradox of Democracy: Government of the People, by the People, and for the People.
Breakout sessions focused on the practical details of Paideia in schools and individual classrooms. Roundtable, cafe discussions, and town hall meetings gave participants ample opportunities to meet and share ideas. Print the 15th Annual Conference Agenda.
