Often schools have needs that require us to tailor our training materials in order to achieve specific goals. For example, your school may want demonstration seminars or coaching in specific grade levels or subjects areas. In this case, we would create a technical support visit agenda. Paideia Professional Development Phases: Historically, schools have implemented the Paideia Program in a three to four year cycle, with each year focused on one of the training phases. While these training phases do build on one another, each addresses a different facet of teaching and learning.
