Final Implementation and the Paideia Assessment

OBJECTIVES of Paideia Phase III are to:

• Develop a strategic plan for school-wide implementation using Essential Elements of a Paideia School
• Identify and practice appropriate student-centered assessment strategies
• Plan increased community involvement
• Design and annual school-community assessment event

Outcomes: Continuous and collaborative assessment on both the classroom and school level, focusing on formative growth, until evaluation is necessary. 

Here is a TYPICAL CALENDAR for Phase III implementation of the Paideia Program:

FALL-SPRING
Phase III Implementation Training:
16 hours of training (2 days on-site) for full faculty/staff
Monthly Technical Support (6-8 on-site visits by Paideia training staff)


Annual Paideia Conference:
