Paideia Leadership Institute

A key focus during our time together will be on the use of data for holistic decision making, at both the school and classroom levels. In this way, we will examine facets of measurement practices within a Paideia framework.

It will be very useful if you would bring the following documents with you:

>Your school vision and strategic plan (or a summary of the key goals for the upcoming school year);

>A sampling of 4-5 Seminar plans and Paideia Projects.

Our focus will be on the use of dialogue to build a positive and productive school culture in your school community. To that end we will help you plan a series of adult seminars that will contribute both to the climate of collaboration in your building as well as raise awareness of key issues that you will identify.
