Lodging Options for the National Conference

There are many options for hotels in proximity to the conference site at Merrol Hyde Magnet School in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Lodging abounds in and around downtown Nashville in a variety of price ranges; our best advice is to book as soon as you can before the busy summer season in Nashville. We are not securing blocks of rooms due to the continued uncertainly around the Covid pandemic, but some suggestions are below. Short-term rentals from vrbo or airbnb are also options.

All the major chains are present in the metro area. The driving distance to the conference site from downtown is approximately 30 minutes, depending on location and traffic.
