Paideia National Faculty

The Paideia Faculty is an international network of experienced Paideia educators who epitomize lifelong learning and lead Paideia professional development programs in collaboration with NPC staff.

Paideia Faculty members inform and often train their fellow educators, with a special focus on developing Paideia Seminar, Paideia Classroom, and Paideia Project programs in schools. The Faculty is made up of experienced Paideia educators, most of whom are actively teaching in or administering schools. As dedicated learners, they also read challenging texts, reflect on ideas and values, and engage in lively dialogue, as a way of furthering their own understanding of the intellectual background and theory behind Paideia education.

If you are a Paideia educator with multiple years of experience in planning, leading, and assessing Paideia Seminars and Projects, and you are interested in further developing your knowledge and skills, you may be a strong candidate for the Paideia Faculty. If you are interested in applying to the Faculty, please contact Assistant Director Jeremy Spielman at jeremy@paideia.org .
